Coronavirus Measures

All about our special COVID-19 hygiene concept

In one way or the other, COVID-19 is bothering us all, but for the duration of the ferry cruise, we would like to give you a break of this all. Therefore, we take several hygiene measures so that you do not need to worry at FRS. Of course, our hygiene concept is regularly adapted to the current requirements.

On Board

  • Staff that is in direct contact with our guests is wearing face masks. Please wear a mouth-and-nose protection when boarding, seated and moving through the ship. Only in outdoor areas there is no obligation to wear a face mask on your seat.
  • Surfaces are disinfected regularly so that you do not need to wear gloves. The cleaning routines have increased and have been adapted to the current situation. The sanitary facilities are cleaned far more often, for example.
  • Clearly visible posters remind you of more frequent hand washing and disinfection. This information is also included in our onboard entertainment system.
