About The Booking Process
If you want to change or cancel your booking, you can simply contact our customer support by mail and we will take care of your request. Do not forget to include your booking number. In case of rebooking we also need the new desired date and travel time. You can find legal information on this under 4§ of the General Terms Of Carriage (GTC).
If the payment options offered during the booking process do not suit you, the local ticket office is always available.

The boarding card will be sent to you by mail immediately. Alternatively, you can even use the booking confirmation to board, because the QR codes are also shown there. It is not necessary to print it out; the digital boarding card is sufficient to scan the QR code.

If you have any questions or problems with the online booking, please contact our customer service via mail. We will then take care of your request as soon as possible so that your booking can be completed successfully.
About Corona / COVID-19
These are special times, which is why it may happen that you can unfortunately not go on a cruise that has been booked already. But do not worry, you can rebook or cancel the trip can free of charge up to 24 h before departure. Find more information in our GTC.

Please be ready to board at least 20 minutes before departure, boarding closes 10 minutes before departure. You are of course welcome to purchase tickets for same-day cruises within the opening hours of the ticket office.

Further Information
Due to a stable ramp, we can welcome guests with limited mobility on board. Our sanitary facilities in the front area of the vessel are also barrier-free. If you wish assistance with boarding, just let us know when booking.
