Responsibilities
Booking of invoices related to suppliers, prepayments, rentals and similar.
Control and booking of accruals and provisions.
Provide specific reports or analysis required by the management.
Other accounting tasks such as: control and compensation of balances of specific accounts, reconciliation of balance accounts, supplier accounts creation in the system.
Management of generic email addresses.
Support of administrative preparations for external payroll.
Support of generic administrative tax and management assistance.
Management and filling of all tax returns
Complying with all tax and fiscal obligations in due time and form.
Filling of Annual Accounts in the Mercantile Registry.
Management and response to all notification from different governmental bodies
Qualifications
You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
You have an independent, proactive, and structured way of working.
You are used to working under pressure and plan your tasks to meet deadlines.
You have strong communication skills and are proficient in common Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP would be a significant advantage.
In our international environment, you will benefit from your very good English and Portuguese language skills.
