Your Responsibilities

  • You take care of the ticket sales
  • You process customer inquiries directly on site, by e-mail and by phone
  • You carry out the check-in and boarding of our guests

 

Your Qualifications

  • You are service-minded, friendly, open and communicative
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • You are reliable, flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • You speak English as well as Portuguese; German or other languages would be a plus
