The German shipping company FRS started this Saturday, May 29, panoramic trips on the Tagus from Lisbon.

The Flensburg-based company started the operation with two daily round trips, with "a second tour with a special sunset as a backdrop".

The first tour lasts 1h40, departing at 17:30, and costs 19 euros, with a price of nine euros for children aged 4 to 15. Family tickets, valid for two adults and two children, cost 49 euros.

The sunset tour, on the other hand, with departure at 19:30, lasts two hours and costs 29 euros, with the price for children being 15 euros and the family ticket costs 69 euros.

FRS indicates that, depending on tourist demand, it will potentially add two more daily tours at a date to be determined.

"We are pleased with the reinforced reduction of the pandemic in Portugal, which is enabling a strong and robust resumption of tourism in the region," said Moritz Bruns, executive director of FRS Portugal, quoted in a statement.

"The entire tourism industry has suffered tremendously in the past year. It is encouraging to see Lisbon rejuvenating again, and we are honored to offer our river tour service not only to locals but to tourists not only to locals but to tourists as we integrate into the fabric of this lively city," said Bruns.

FRS Portugal's 37-meter motorboat has "the convertible option." "We purposely selected this boat from our fleet of more than 70 vessels around the world to provide our guests with a unique and magical perspective of the beauty of the city of Lisbon," said Bruns.
