To support our touristic year-round business in Lisbon, we are currently looking for an employee to actively grow our daily business as

Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our sales strategy and will act as the first point of contact for agencies, tour operators and other resellers.
  • Your main target is to grow the daily business by proactive acquisition, both BTC and BTB with strong focus on enlarging our local sales network.
  • You take care of larger tourist groups from the acquisition as well as the operational perspective.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • You will form part of the further development of our sales strategy by delivering valuable customer and agency feedback.
  • You prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, providing insights into market trends and competitor activities.
  • You continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • You ideally have a degree in economics and/or tourism or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience and track record is a must and a strong network in the event and tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • You are a good communicator both in written and spoken, and fluent/highly proficient in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of additional languages is considered as an advantage.
  • You are well organized, aware of your image, and act independent with own initiative.
  • Acquisition of new clients and business is what drives you.
  • You are a proficient user of MS Office.
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
